I just wanted to thank you so much for the awesome paint work and artistry you have created on my pride and joy, Freebird Dragstar.
The base paint really looks like a sunset, going from deep red/orange to light orange on the top. It is magical to look at it especially as the sun is setting because the colours on the bike get deeper and darker just like the night sky as the sun goes down, it is truelly amazing and beautiful. The artwork is out standing too. The picture of Stonehenge on summer solstice is just like being there as the sun rises and breaks across the heel stone and into the henge. ( I have been there and witnessed it) even the colours in the sky are exactly as they are when this happens. It's as if you have been there and painted the picture from real life.
The hummingbird and flowers on the other side are also so life like ans the feathers on the bird even look irridescent. I can not believe there was a huge dent there before and thank Kevin for his fantastic prep work because I know you can not build a building with out a good foundation. You two are a great team.
What can I say about the Mare and foal on the rear mud guard. They look like a photo they are that good. Horses are one of the most difficult creature to paint correctly, especially if you are not a horsey person, but you have captured all the horses true character and features to perfection.
The front mud guard with the butterfly on the yellow flower is so eyecatching and people looking at my bike, bend down to study it so closely because the detail is just so exquisit.
The centre piece on the tank with the pentacle star and the corresponding crystals and pagan symbols and even my name in there, and the scroll work is magnificent and so reflective of my character too.
The icing on the cake is the copper sycamore leaves and gold leaf work that you have wrapped round the pictures. I cannot tell you how over the moon I am with the whole work of art. Mick you are the best.
Just to top all of this, I have to tell you that Gaz on his TL1000 that you painted and I, on my dragstar went to a bike and trike show after I collected my bike from you and we had a fantastic day. My bike won best paint and Gaz's won best in show so you excelled. As promised I will bring my trophy to you as it belongs to you not me. I just meally ride her.
Thank you again Mick. You have made my life long dream of having a custom bike come true and no one could have done it better than you.
