Introduction into airbrushing

Learn how to:

How it works. Before any work is done it vital that you know how the airbrush works and responds, learn how your actions make the airbrush work so you can produce your best work

Safety Before you enjoy yourself too much we must protect ourselves,

Control your airbrush. this will be in along the above lesson

Control your air. see below lesson

Control your paint. your air and your paint are the main source of airbrush art, we will teach you to control both of these and the different types of media you can use, each will have their own strengths and weakness

Transfering your chosen image to your paintwork There are a few ways to transfer your chosen image. some very expensive and some very simple and cheap i will show you how

Stencil and masking we will go through various ways of using stencils, including making your own and how to use them to your advantage, along with the masking techniques that you will need

Start to Paint. before we get to any main painting, we will run through all the basic strokes you will need to create any masterpiece, there will be a number of designs for you to choose from to create your first piece of proffesional airbrush art, including tips and tricks that will make the difference to your finished piece, shading, starburts and highlights.

Your Painting. I aim to get you painting for a full two days, and hopefully you should take away a finished peice of airbrushing to start off your portfolio

Troubleshooting once we start to paint you will come across all sorts of problems, and ill teach you how to fix it and why its doing it
